New Cookie Cutters

I added 16 new cookie cutters this past month. I know I said I wasn't going to add any more cookie cutters until September, but sometimes I just can't help myself.  Designing new cookie cutters is fun for me.

We Are Now On Instagram

After many people asking me, I have finally created an Instagram account for The Cookie Cutter Club.  Woohoo!!!  You can now tag as with #thecookiecutterclub or @thecookiecutterclub. With my busy summer and other work projects, I haven't been able to focus on it too much, but if you are on Instagram using our cookie cutters, please tag us.  I LOVE looking at peoples decorated cookies and seeing the awesome ideas they come up with. And do not worry, next month I will be writing up a Terms of Use that I will send to people asking for permission to use their photos on The Cookie Cutter Clubs Instagram feed. I respect your work and will not be sharing any photos without permission.

New Size Images Coming Soon

Last month I said I was working on new images, and it is taking a lot longer to accomplish than I first anticipated.  Unfortunately, I am still working on those images.  I am very close to being done creating the images and then it will take several weeks to get them posted on the website.  Below is a picture of the size options picture I am creating for all my cookie cutters.

Recipe: Lemon Blueberry Cutout Sugar Cookies and Icing

Earlier in the year my mother made an absolutely delicious Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake.  I loved it so much I had it as my birthday "cake". The combination of Lemon Blueberry is very refreshing and tastes great as a cookie.  This recipe is mostly Lemon flavor with a hint of Blueberry.  I tried to amp up the Blueberry in one of my attempts at this recipe and it did not turn out too well.  It was mostly Blueberry flavor with a weird, bitter, Lemon flavored after taste.  One of my friends who tried it thought it was Black Licorice flavored.  If you use different types of flavoring, be careful not to add too much Blueberry or else you'll have a terrible catastrophe like me.
