Returns and Cancellations

Request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase.

We accept returns for all unused cookie cutters. A 10% processing fee will be taken from the item(s) total amount for all items returned. Please e-mail us at  CustomerService@thecookiecutterclub.com within 7 days from the delivery date to receive authorization of the return. Items need to be shipped back within 30 days of the delivery date.

Once authorization is given through e-mail, please safely pack up your items and ship them back to:

If items are packed poorly and are broken when they are received, a refund will not be given for any broken items. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the items. The Cookie Cutter Club will not reimburse for any shipping costs.

When the package is received by The Cookie Cutter Club, a 10% processing fee will be taken from the item total and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method for all items received. Original shipping costs will not be refunded on any returns.


Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If the wrong size cutter was purchased, please read our Return Policy. If you wish to purchase the same cutter in a different size, you will need to make another order and follow the instructions in the Return Policy to receive a partial refund on the returned items.


Damaged Product in Shipping

If your product arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days of the delivery date. We will need a photo of the packaging and damaged cutter(s) e-mailed to us at CustomerService@thecookiecutterclub.com. Cutter(s) damaged in shipping will be replaced.

The Cookie Cutter Club is not responsible for cutters that are damaged due to improper washing, storage or use. Please read carefully the cookie cutter care instructions.
